PROCAD was founded on the premise of partnership with customers using its software products. Our first mission statement was “to develop software that works for you!” and we have since stuck to this guiding rule.
When customers need assistance, we’re there. If they request product improvements, no problem. Should they need some accommodation to specific needs, we do our best to accommodate. It’s our ingrained belief that PROCAD’s business can only thrive if we make our customers more productive, therefore more profitable. This mantra has been a recipe for success with a long lasting partnership of 25 years which we have no plans to change.
