Annual Maintenance Plan

Customer Service

PROCAD offers its customers comprehensive coverage for all the requirements associated with the use and maintenance of PROCAD's 2D DESIGNER and 3DSMART software products.

With this plan in place, customers get priority technical support, free consultations on installation and setup, basic training on the new features of the software (where available) and free upgrades. This plan reduces the cost of ownership by ensuring customers get the maximum benefits from their PROCAD software.

Extended Product Service Packages
PROCAD's comprehensive Maintenance Plan provides coverage for your software products. The plan entitles the subscriber to receive the following services at no extra charge:

  • Priority technical support
  • Installation assistance
  • Software upgrades
  • Accelerated program fixes when problems are reported

The Maintenance Plan service package is available for both the 2D DESIGNER and 3DSMART product lines. Upgrades are free of charge. Customers must upgrade their software to the new version within the valid period of the Maintenance Plan.

Technical support addresses issues specific to PROCAD applications:

  • Program features
  • Program bugs
  • Program updates
  • Any questions related to the software modules

Although PROCAD's technical support staff will assist you in every way possible, there may be some issues that are not covered by this plan. These issues are:

  • AutoCAD related questions
  • Hardware related questions: displays, printers or plotters
  • Topics clearly documented in the reference manual or user guide
  • Operating systems and network problems
